Yup...I think the key to making this work is not to know everything, but knowing enough to know what might happen before it does!

Hard to do unknown unknowns in advance as they are unknown, but if you measure up the known it goes a long way to avoid the unknowns all together.

On a long ago exercise with the military we planned and plotted and tested every thing so there was no unknowns, little did we know once dropped off the air crew were out of hours and went home and we had to walk back.
