I was confident the license would eventually come through, despite the predictable slog of dealing with the Portuguese government's molasses-paced bureaucracy—maybe Mr. Musk could lend a hand with that! I was continually amazed by how quickly you tackled the engineering challenges and the skillful way you overcame each obstacle. Ellie and I recall the concerns you had as the project unfolded, which were completely understandable given the vast array of uncertainties. Regardless, we're thrilled to help spread the word about your success!
